LAKEWOOD, Ohio – Griffin Cider House and Gin Bar, Lakewood, is holding a vegan pop-up on Thursday, March 30. Chef Bree Chumley, who's been vegetarian/vegan for almost 30 years, is offering a build-your-own-snack board and a la carte menu. Several items will be available for take-out. To build a board, artisanal vegan cheeses are available by the ounce. Accompaniments include black garlic bulbs, wild mushroom and black walnut pate, beluga lentil caviar, roasted nuts, and pickled vegetables. Chumley handmakes the cheeses from handcrafted nut milks, soy-based yogurt, vegetables and more.
